Terms and Conditions

1.        Delivery

The onus is with the recipient to make sure that the delivery is accepted by a responsible adult, who will take the necessary steps to ensure that the goods are stored correctly.  Every reasonable endeavour will be made to ensure that deliveries arrive on time, no liability will be accepted for any loss or damage caused by delays in the receipt of goods and their suitable storage.

Reptile Rewards cannot take responsibility for the items once they leave us and shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance or delivery as the result of courier actions.

2.        Cancellation of Orders and Goods Ordered in Error

Any order must be cancelled or amended in writing by the Buyer.  Goods which have been despatched prior to notification of an amendment or cancellation may incur a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the goods.  Any free items offered are on a ‘First Come, First Served’ basis.  Perishable goods are non-returnable, unless there is a fault, or incorrect goods have been sent by the Company.

3.        Discrepancies and Damage

Any discrepancies MUST be notified within 24 hours of receipt to the Company by emailing sales@reptilerewards.co.uk, with details of the issue, please include your invoice number, date of invoices and any other details regarding the issues.  Any damaged goods should be signed for accordingly and should be notified to the Company by email to sales@reptilerewards.co.uk with photos of the damage within 24 hours of receipt.  Please include your invoice number and date of invoice.  The buyer maybe asked to return damaged goods and should make sure that returns are packaged in a way to avoid any further damage.

4.        Returns

Returns will only be accepted with prior notice and acceptance by Reptile Rewards.  If you have reason to return goods email sales@reptilerewards.co.uk for a goods return code and further instructions within 24 hours of receipt.  Remember to include your invoice number and invoice date. Frozen good can not be returned due to the nature of the product.

4.        Prices

Prices quoted at the time of order are correct.  Free items may be substituted at the Companies discretion or withdrawn from the promotion.  Any quotes provided are held for a period of 15 days from the date of the quote.  All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.  The Company reserves the right to end any promotions without further notice.  Discount codes are issued on a single use basis only, unless otherwise stated.

6.       Ownership of Goods 

Until such time as the goods ordered are paid for in full, the Company reserves the right to withhold delivery of such goods.
